This is where the screw is turned, the sawdust settles, and the flying sparks give birth to… who knows what? From the handmade GRDN-FOLK figures to complete Tuskan Raider costumes, you never know what will spring forth. At Garden Ruin, I am always looking for interesting materials that can find a new life. After that, it is a matter of listening to find out what wants to be created and maybe even why.
Figures
The original figures I created in the GRDN-FOLK series were created for my kids and inspired by their unique personalities and interest. Since then, the other denizens of Garden have started springing up, like the SUGI-BOTS and MINI-FOLK. You can learn more about the original series here.
GRDN-PROP
The magic of Halloween never went away for me and I love finding inspiration for the next costume in some discarded item or interested object. Just like with the other products of The Workshop, the idea is to use these second-life materials and objects as the source material for my creations.
